Love the new management at this park! Super friendly and keep up with all the rule enforcement which is a big thing for me and my family. And they keep adding more and more nice amenities for us to use. Much improved from the last owners/managers. Location is really good and they are putting brand new homes in. Glad we made the move.

Manager is out of control and runs the community like a dictatorship from fear of getting fired. Sends out notices to residents to make improvements/paint their mobile homes yet she cannot finish painting her porch (does not lead by example). Wants to charge a fee to residents if violation notices have to be placed on their door and charges outrageous prices for lawn mowing, 40 for cutting the yard and 40 for trimming. She polices the community at all hours of the day trying to enforce noise control, went as far as driving around one day looking for a car who she asked to turn down the music who did not comply to her request. Makes up bogus noise complaint notices just because her 20 year old daughter is a light sleeper.

really went downhill under new management when rent increased and little to no support this place is just a corporate run park that is why I have since moved.
