I called this company about one month ago because I had wanted to get an estimate on having a storefront door repaired. The lady who took my called sounded pleasant and told me that an estimator would contact me or stop by my business in a few days. Well, one week passed by so I called this business and no one answered so I left a voice mail for them to call me. After another week went by, I left another message and still no one returned my call. Then, as a final try, I emailed the company service dept an email on their website and explained the situation. After a few days rolled by and still no one contacted me, I called another door company in Marysville and an estimator came out a few days later. They finally contacted me after reading my Google review weeks later but a bit late to make up for lost time.
