Incompetent!!! How hard is it to apply funds that you already have to the principal balance. Maybe it's intentional to keep me from paying the loan off early because they want the interest.
This company just fraudulently debited my bank and I don't have a loan through them. I have never dealt with them and have no idea how they obtained my information. This is illegal and this company should be investigated. 300 they just stole from a random person. I wonder how they treat their customers. Filing with the police in the morning.
