Experience has been fine, but I think in this current time, it's important to make sure people know that this business appears not to prioritize safety. Every time I have been here, I have seen staff members wearing no mask, or incorrectly wearing their mask. This is despite the fact that on their door, they have a sign saying masks are required. I have major concerns with being a customer here and using their service center, knowing that there's a very high chance someone has been touching my car and/or in my car with no protective face covering.

Our sales consultants name was Shelley Barr. Right as we stepped through the door she was genuinely nice to us and wanted to do nothing but help us with our situation. She did all that she could and got us a good deal on our new 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander SE. Would definitely come back and do business with her again at Buick Sullivan in Arlington Heights.
It's been about 5 years since I bought a car from a dealership. The whole process including a test drive took about 3 hours! If you see a car on-line be prepared to pay the asking price. Very little room for negotiations. The one thing I highly recommend, especially if you're buying a used car is to try everything. Open every door, window, sunroof, and try all the electronics, windshield wipers, fluid, radio, automatic start etc... Luckily they did agree to fix an issue that I found the same day I bought the car for no charge. Also, the photos of the car you see on line are not necessarily exactly what you are buying. So look carefully. A few of the photos I saw were photoshopped. For example, the plastic emblem on the front of the car looks brand new in the picture but the the actual emblem was completely gone. They could of easily replaced that for about 10 or less. The salesperson I worked with was Shelley. She is very nice, and has been selling cars for a long time.
Salesman Ryan D., Sales Manager Ben, and Finance Manager Mike were absolutely awesome throughout the car buying process. Extremely helpful and genuinely friendly. My experience with these gentlemen was refreshing to say the least. In such a highly competitive market, good customer service definitely sets these folks apart from the rest. Thank you! I will be back in the future and have already recommended friends to this dealership.
