great location and venue. The owner and staff worked directly with me and was very accommodating. The location is updated and so clean! the food is amazing and my guest were served with HOT food not cold, and they were pleased. We are so happy we found them and cannot wait for the hotel to open! The owner was so kind and re assured me every time I called in a panic ( I called every other day at one point) Gave exceptional customer service.

I would consider my self a picky person, my family owns a fancy restaurant, so naturally I have some level of standard for any place I go to, and I mostly don't do restaurants since I eat organic only and home cooking, but occasionally I do go out to a wedding, christening, and so on. First glance once I've entered, I was pleasantly shocked, very nice and clean place, I love the floors, and colors outside of the gold on the ceiling, that just makes no sense. Entry has a 2 spots for fotos, only issue is the windows there which create hard shade so I'd change the location which makes sense, not everyone is a pro fotographer and knows what to watch for. Bathrooms are one of the nicest and cleanest I've seen, but to my surprise food was absolutely delicious, let me brake this down a bit, whoever prepared the chicken breasts is a amazing cook, consistency and flavor was one of the best I've had, also salad, I wasn't happy the dressing was on it since I only do Home made Italian but the ranch they used was sooo good, I'm guessing they used fish oil or something around that line and the way the flavors came together was a success, steaks were also delicious, and everything else they put on a table, so definitely A experience.
My husband James and I had our wedding reception at European Crystal and it was phenomenal!! Absolutely fantastic, amazing, over-the- top, and beautiful service and management! The owner Krystyna went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect for us and our guests! The food was delicious, high quality, and fresh. The room was beautifully decorated, and the entrance/lobby was just so beautiful with the white and black marble flooring and gorgeous grand staircase and gold accents! The whole banquet hall was very clean and had very modern, warm, and elegant setting and architecture! It was picture perfect! Thank you Krystyna, Anna, and Tiffany for making our day perfect! Very highly recommended for any events!!

What a wonderful venue...my daughter had a very magical wedding there. Food was superb. All staff members were very helpful and made her day so special. Tiffany was great to work with and went beyond to make the day amazing!
