I called and left my number 2 weeks ago about fraud. Someone had filled out my unemployment. I got the letter, and saw that it was going to be deposited into my account but I tried to log in and they would accept my old email! I figure someone had changed it after I got the letter. Of course there's no one there to answer... we know that there overwhelmed. So I took it upon myself to bust the system entering wrong emails and have it shut down my whole porthole! Now that guy trying to steal the funds can call the number..... Maybe the fraud alert will hit them sooner than he can..... lol

I have been waiting for a phone call back for exactly 15 business days just to change me address. So I drove to this Arlington Heights locations, which doesn’t say it’s closed online and of course you CANT speak to a human. So I drove an house only to read a sign saying to leave a note. So I leave a note and still no phone call back. This is so disturbing! What is wrong with IDES. Call back only system. And they DONT call back! Almost a month with no unemployment now. Thanks a lot Illinois!
