Super impressed with Lexus of Arlington - specially the sales gentleman, CHRIS! I visited with my son and husband to purchase a car for myself. Chris was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. He took the time to understand what it was that I was looking for. He was sincere and didn't make me feel like he was about the sale at all. He cared from a human level, which you don't see often these days. He went above and beyond even after I purchased the car, I needed my headlight adjusted and Chris had a service man by the name of Mike assist. Mike, too, was really great and attentive. Jerry the manager was also helpful too. I would highly recommend Lexus of Arlington - and I would ask for CHRIS if you are looking to purchase a car for you or a family member! Thank you! - Muky S.

bought a \certified\ used lexus there. salesman controlled the whole test drive route: maxed out vehicle at about 45mph. car drove smooth and well(smooth test drive route to make sales). \certified\ used car only came with one key and was promised a second one but never received. vehicle had a very bad highway shake on the way home. had to go to a local shop to get tires rebalanced and get better visual inspection of everything. turns out \certified\ used lexus' at this dealership do not change out cabin air filters and engine air filters. turns out i am not the first person to say Lexus of Arlington is a very shady place to go for a purchase of a certified used vehicle.

Five stars for this awesome dealership.Kudos to Tom Prondzinski And Marcin Ajdukiewicz.I found some minor issues with my tires and one phone call to care everything they give me a nice loaner for a couple days and my car was fixed beyond my satisfaction. To some people posting reviews for this dealership why don’t you talk to those guys first because they are really willing to help you like they did in my case.I will definitely send customers your way
