I had great customer service. The rental I had ordered online was missing a shirt and the top button on the suit when I picked it up down State. Since the wedding was in a day we were unable to fix the situation before the wedding. When I went to return it I told them the issue and this store refunded half the rental on the spot. The help was quick and the information mas passed along to corporate to help improve the online rental process.

I stopped in to return a shirt that I ordered online from the Midnight Madness sale. The guy lied to me and said that he was unable to return it at his store. I went to the Men's Wearhouse on Clybourn in the city and they returned the shirt immediately within two minutes of my arrival. Needless to say, I will now be buying two tailored suits from the Clybourn location. Thanks, Men's Wearhouse on Clybourn!!
