The truck was fine and the cost was reasonable but the service was awful. I booked the truck with Chuck who was friendly and helpful and whom later I found out was the owner. When I picked up and returned the truck I was waited on by Shawn (or Sean....I didn't ask). I was surprised to find I had to take out insurance coverage. When I asked if my regular insurance would cover me he was sarcastic and condescending. When I returned the truck the group who unloaded it for me didn't fold the blankets so he charged me 30 to do so. I explained I didn't know that was a requirement and he hadn't mentioned that when I picked up the truck. He again was sarcastic and condescending and still charged me. I asked him to please have the owner call me....I never received a call. I then called in to talk to the owner on three separate occasions and on all three they were uncooperative and I never did get a chance to tell him how poorly I was treated.

The staff and the manager are very polite and very helpful! I do like the services and the storage they provide. Pricing is fair as well.
I've rented a few trucks from them, and its always been quick and easy. They have a good team running their shop.
Always have had trucks clean gased and ready to go very nice staff.
My experience has been wonderful Mike the manager works all the time I never see him sit he's always has a broom or a hand truck in his hand
