I would not recommend anyone go to this place. They are not transparent with the information given. I was told that my dog had to be 1 lbs and 4 ounces before it could come home . They called me at 1lbs 2 ounces to pick him up. The guy who did my orientation was in a total rush saying something about his sister birthday and that he had to leave by 4. When I asked for the owner information he told me he could not provide that nor could he call the owner. It’s only been a couple of days with my puppy who I love. I would think that as much as you pay for the puppies it would be better service. This place is no good stay away.

Awesome place cool boutique puts a elegant twist on your typical pet purchasing experience! Beautiful puppies all very healthy clean happy and well taken care of. I met the owner he came in just to sell me my puppy!!!(which is awesome and personable) He educated me on her and her habbits before releasing her plus a free vet check up and a year health guarentee! Thanks pocket puppies you guys rock!!!!! Extremely satisfying experience all around!

Glorified puppy mill. Don’t let the cute pups urge you to buy them. It is their strategy. If you want a good pup, go to a reputable breeder, not a store with dogs.

Have bought 2 dogs now from this company and will NEVER be returning. I had purchased a puppy from Chicago location 3 years ago. Purchased a puppy from AH earlier this month. Staff is terrible, unprofessional and blatantly lied to me multiple times. For one was charged 100 puppy package that was never discussed or disclosed until I looked more clearly at my receipt. At time of purchase I had my kids there so everyone was so excited we were getting a puppy and it was overlooked. Got a rude, vague description of what it was. Was blatantly told too bad so sad. They say that they provide a free first vet visit which is a total lie. They only cover a portion of it. When I confronted them they said they would call the vet for a refund. The vet literally called me back and said sorry that’s not in our contract with them and we are not refunding you anything. This is 10 mins after a staffer at pocket puppies said the vet would be calling with a refund. Also, According to staff my puppy was awaiting results of a giardia test. (Parasite highly contagious in dogs). They told me multiple times they would call me with the results. They blew me off until I got my own results from my first vet visit that was supposed to be covered by them. (See above). All in all while I love my new pup this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I highly discourage anyone from buying a puppy from this business. I get it you specialize in small dogs that you cannot find at a shelter. However, since these puppy stores are mainly viewed as puppy mills or unethical the least you can do is provide transparency, be honest and good customer service. The only good thing is I have a dog who we adore. But I do think often about how I was charged way too much, lied to during sales process getting charged for “puppy package” and how they lied again about covering the first vet visit.
