I stopped in to get information since we’ve never had to rent a storage unit and I didn’t know anything about it. I talked to Alec and he was very helpful. He asked me questions to narrow down which option would be best for us. I’m going to talk to my husband so we can come back together when we’re ready to pull the trigger. Highly recommend this facility...just felt like I got better service/information than I got at other storage facilities in the area.

Stay away - this place is a joke. I made a reservation and paid online. I went to their location to get the unit number and key...ended up having to stand and wait outside since their door was locked, with a sign posted saying that they left. Well within their business hours, I stood around in the cold waiting, waiting, and waiting some more figuring they have to be back, right? Wrong. After 25 minutes, no one STILL. It's shocking that this is how they choose to run the business. Finally left and cancelled the reservation. Will go somewhere that actually values their customers. What a horrible experience and waste of time. Don't make the same mistake
Alec, the manager is fantastic! He is kind courteous and always willing to help. I really like the staff at this location!
Pros: The location is close to home. Access in and out is very easy. Monthly rent is very reasonable. Cons: Facility not kept as clean as it use to be when the older gentlemen was with them. Lower level leaves your belongings smelling musty even after mold abatement from sump pump failure a couple of years ago that caused major flooding and major mold damage. All and all a pretty good place.
Customer service is awesome! However the only thing that I can critique them on is that the front entrance gate is not closed consistently and it made feel a little worried about my items that were there.
