Great product and great service. My elderly mother needed new blinds for her kitchen. I requested a consultation and Nate got back to me quickly. I explained what my mom was looking for and her price range. He asked me to send pictures of her current kitchen. When we arrived at the showroom he had preselected blinds to show her in her price range. He explained all of her options, demonstrated the product, and answered all of her questions. Our interaction was great and my mother felt no pressure. Nate was responsive when it came to ordering. The blinds arrived quickly and installation was scheduled right away. My mother was very happy with the installer and the installation process. Best of all, she is happiest with her new blinds. Thanks to Nate at Rainey’s for a great experience.

What great people to work with! Despite the craze of on-line ordering or the lure of coupons that fill my mailbox (and recycling bin), nothing beats the personal touch. I wanted to see my options, not just in sample books but hanging on display. I wanted to talk about the pros & cons. And I wanted to know that someone would still be there once the job was done if I had questions or problems. Well, Rainey's delivered that and more. Their shop in Arlington Hts. is very convenient. They are family-owned so have roots here. They are knowledgeable, reliable and reasonably priced. And despite my D-I-Y tendencies, I was more than happy to have them do this job so it was done using their knowledge and skill for mounting techniques. We are delighted with the outcome. 6 Stars!

The Rainey's team is extremely professional. They are family owned and operated and provide superior service all around. Their installation services are excellent.They show up on time and clean up when they are done. HUGE product selection, but very helpful when it comes to actual product selection. Very competitive prices. Highly recommend. Will use again.

I recommend Rainey's! When spending a lot of money on window treatments, I wanted to make sure I was going to be happy in the end. Mark and Nate were very patient, detailed oriented and answered all my questions. Their customer service was excellent which is refreshing in the current business world. Installation was done in a thorough manner and to my satisfaction. I will return to complete the remainder of my windows.
