Took my motorola in to get my charger port fixed. Was fixed within 2 hours and now works again perfectly. Did have to wait a week for the part to come in but I figure that's the way it is at a lot of smaller places. They were very polite and I feel good supporting this small business. Will definitely come back if I ever need to.

Apparently they don't fix it all. We are just leaving this location and were told that on iPads they cannot do any board level repairs - only basic things. On top of that, they tried to charge me a 60 diagnostic fee to look at it prior to admitting it would be very unlikely they would be able to do the repairs. Meanwhile, all this transpired while we were standing out in the cold weather and rain because they don't let you in the store - it's a pickup and drop off window only. Hard pass on this place. they got an extra star for at least finally being honest that they didn't think they could repair it.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SCAM ARTIST. got my iphone screen replaced here because it cracked during covid and apple store was closed. they charged me 240 when apple itself only charges 199. then after it was replaced my phone was buggy so they said they’d replace it again under warranty. when i go to pick it up the second time the guy says there’s water damage so the warranty is voided and i’ll have to pay. i refused to pay AGAIN when they messed it up to begin with so he made me wait another half hour and put my old screen back on. now my face id and ringer button doesn’t work! clearly this guy doesn’t know what he’s doing and my iphone doesn’t even work properly because of him.
