Michael Blocker is an honest, personable and knowledgeable sales rep for Koons. I highly recommend him and will buy other cars from him. He made the car buying process endurable - not his fault that it takes 4 hours to buy a car. The rest of team is helpful and knowledgeable as well. It would be great if there could be a way to speed up the sales process.

Had the most amazing experience with Koons. My intention was to get a used vehicle but when the mileage prevented me from getting the car I wanted, the agent helped me find a new car that fit my needs. Federico is awesome and knowledgeable. The process was smooth and fast I was done within 3 hours (WOWZERS!). I also like that it’s paperless walked out with a flash drive instead of a textbook of paper.

We've been getting our cars serviced here for 15 years. Oscar takes good care of us and keeps us apprised of any issues that need attention. We especially appreciate their new service where they pick up and return your car. Apart from a few small communication gaps, we have been happy with their service.

Ryan helped me get into the car I wanted with ease. The staff there addressed all my concerns, they really listen, and are willing to work with you. Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had!

This was the epitome of a car dealership trying to take advantage of a woman just to make an extra dollar. For starters, I went in for an oil change and had selected Conventional as my oil type (40) online when I made my appointment. As soon as I checked in, they tried to upgrade it to full synthetic (65) without even mentioning it to me. The guy just said it would be \about 65\, which I knew was false because I had made the appointment and oil selection online two days prior. Then, after waiting about 1.5hrs, they came back to me with a list of almost 4,000 worth of stuff that eeded to be fixed\. They mentioned that two of the things (of course the most expensive items on the list) would cause my car to fail state inspection, which isn't due until August 2021 (it's February). It's as if they saw a woman, and immediately assumed they could bring up all these issues and that I would get overwhelmed and stroke a check for 4,000. When I mentioned that my dad could fix pretty much everything on the list, they questioned his ability and said \I'm surprised he didn't notice these problems if he's familiar with cars\. 1) WRONG RESPONSE. 2) The guy has worked on vehicles and motors for 40 years and 3) he has not had a chance to look at it since the last time I was home. I also called the owner/mechanic of the shop I go to back home, and he said that half of the stuff on the list isn't necessary and confirmed they were trying to take advantage of me. I was basically going to this dealership as a courtesy to help out local businesses since I normally get everything done back home. Never again. To the staff -- next time a young woman walks in to get her car serviced, don't go reaching for things to up-charge her for. It's rude and very 1960s. No need to reach out and try to make amends. You've lost this customer.
