What a waste of 18, I will never come here again. I could’ve cleaned my car or followed my husbands suggestion by going to a (do it yourself )car wash and let him wash my car.

I arrived at closing time on a Sunday and was greeted by Shelby. I explained that my wiper light was on and it needed to be checked out. He pulled my car into the bay for me and told me they would look at it for me. Rebecca finished working on the other car and then started on mine. Since there was no water, due to the winter storm we just had, the wiper fluid didn't work. Rebecca checked out everything under the hood (oil, coolant, power steering, etc.) and the tire pressure as well. She made sure I knew where the wiper fluid went and how full it needed to be. Meanwhile Shelby cleaned my windshield inside and out, since it really needed it. Pretty good for the wash manager to lend a hand. I will always bring my car here for service and a wash.
When coming to the wash as it was time for detailing the guy that was in charge of it didn’t do a good job. When you pay for a service you expect the best. A detailer by the name of “Q” came over to complete the job the other guy didn’t. “Q” was very professional and you can tell that he really values his work, it definitely shows. He made sure upon my departure that I was completely satisfied which I was b/c I had no intentions on going back due to the lack there of. When I come back again he will be the only one I would want to clean my vehicle, I highly recommend him!
Came here to get an oil change & diagnostics done recently, they're professional, courteous and give you reasonable prices/feedback. The mechanic explained in clear language what my engine issues were & how to prioritize repairs, what exactly needed fixing. Their estimate on the repairs also was very competitive and cheaper than local competitors! Plus they gave me a raincheck on a free car wash for next time. Front receptionist and the owner are sweethearts, other customers while I was there seemed happy with their services too. Heck they even have a good massage chair in the waiting area. I'd definitely come back, and recommend this place for sure.
