Ms. Schenk is very professional. She means business in the court room. She really advocated for me and my child. She truly wants the best for the children. My case was complex with many factors to consider. Ms. Schenk is very responsive and really took the time to listen to the facts of my case. She then talked to me about the plan of action and followed through the entire way. She helped me ensure my child would be protected, even when we faced opposition. She suggested a contested trial and we won, but she continued to advocate for my child and I until the closure of my case. If you have a complicated family matter on your hands, I highly suggest you hire Ms. Schenk to fight for you. You need her on your side.

There was a horrible scam that caused me to miss a huge 2500 payment to Leigh-Ann! She was not only understanding but assisted me in action to take as well as advice if I hit road blocks. Even after the scam so close to my court appearance she did not hesitate to tell me she will be there for me still and showed up just as phenomenal as the other appearances where she was already paid. You can imagine how amazingly hard she fought for me in court just by that scenario alone. Every time we went to court during my newborn visitation battle with my child’s father she did what was right for our child regardless of the father’s bad habits. She even helped him understand when he didn’t have an attorney present the first time. She listens and doesn’t get you in over your head. She prepares you for the worst and also doesn’t lead you on. She tells you how it is if you are leading with your emotions and what will actually stick to make your case. I was never unsure. In court this final time when I didn’t like something she did not just abandon my concern to finish and move on to her other case she stayed and found ways to compromise. Mrs. Schenk was a God send for me in a dark time. My case was not easy and exceptionally complicated at times. She was very patient with me and my case through a very long process, but fought for me every step of the way. In the end she helped me win custody of my 3 year old daughter, and in the state of Texas that isn’t common! I’m grateful for everything she has done for my little girl and I!!!
