It's been over a week and I have not received my order. When I called they told me it did not ship out on time and that I would get it the following day. The day of, I did not receive my package and they want me to wait until the next day. They did say if I don't receive this that they'll see about shipping out another order. We understand things happen, but it's not the first time we have an item arrive late. This delay has been a big inconvenience on our end.

Lately I had bad costumer service... people here are always mad! Very misleading hours. The website says open at 8 am, but they don't open until 9 am and onko from 9 to noon and they close for lunch and open from 1 to 3 pm... small businesses in Texas need better service and better hour for pickup!
Worst Embroidery supplies company ever. They charged me 30 on shipping on a 31 order. They don't even tell you how much shipping they are going to charge you. Just place an order, put your card info and submit the order. The only show you the items total price. Then next day the ship your order and charge you whatever they want for shipping and handling and the only way you notice it is when you see your bank account. I called them because I thought it was a mistake but their customer service was a nightmare as well.
The employees at this location are fantastic and will go out of their way to help in any way they can. Top notch supplier of embroidery thread and supplies.
