Before the New Year, I had a very good massage with Joon. The environment in the store is very elegant and comfortable. The Deep Tissue massage made me feel relieved from the pressure of this year. I recommend this shop is great! Happy New Year All!

Friendly lovely atmosphere, massages are great and relaxing hoping the spa will expand to include lockers steam room and showers putting extreme success and prosperity to the business so this will happen the Universe is working on expansion hold tight ️
Unfortunately, on Saturday morning I booked a 90 minute couples massage for my boyfriend's birthday for 4PM Sunday. after speaking with their staff (via phone call at 3:30pm Sunday) and being approved to come 30 min later (4:30) than our projected time, we drove there and were locked out. After calling a few times and waiting outside for 7 minutes, a therapist then approached the door and told us our appointment was cancelled. Not only was this never communicated, I received a confirmation email that day. When we asked her how they cancelled our appointment, (as we'd just spoken to someone and were expected) she said they were already booked at 5 PM. This would mean whether we came at 4 or 4:30- they never had time to take us because they double booked or were short of staff. She insisted that it was because I didn't answer my phone when it snowed that morning. I'm mostly offended that the blame was put on us for ot picking up the phone\ when I received zero calls and only a confirmation email to lead me to drive out to that location. My boyfriend's surprise was more than ruined. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
For anyone that follows me, they know that I tend to only make positive posts because its no fun writing about poor quality. But, in this case, I feel that I need to say how poor the quality of massage was and I know massages very well. I have had great massages and horrible massages. This one rates just above horrible.
