Looking for a long term home for your love ones this the right place, excellent customer service employees are always smiling happy to help, great entertainment, good food, activities for the residents is outstanding they are always occupied with something to do, great nursing team, wonderful therapy team, housekeeping outstanding what else can I say the best, and one more thing I forgot to mention they also short term beds, and they do out patient therapy also, wonderful management team. They are family oriented they take care of their people.

Why is it so hard to find caring nurses in this day and age. When a patient is asking for something you should tend to their needs. Instead of laughing at a patient who is crying and needing extra attention, one should hold their hand and comfort them. There is no TLC in this place. Patients are not getting the treatment they should. This place here is offering mental abuse not loving care. People if you truly love your family do not let them come here. It will depress them and be an emotional and mental punishment.

The staff, residents, and family members of Matlock Place Health and Rehab Center are the best! Professional, kind, big hearts, and full of love...that is the best way to describe the people here. The food is great, the facility is spotless, the stability of the staff is wonderful, and leadership is the best. This facility gets 5 stars from CMS for a reason.
