I arrived right as they closed at 8 am and the front desk lady was sure to express her displeasure with that (somewhat understandable), but everyone else was a saint. I was so sick I could hardly stand and they stayed almost 2 hours after closing giving me care. Cant express how grateful I was to finally feel better when they could have just said “we’re closed, go home!”. Thanks to everyone involved!

I was trying to get a covid test.. I was registered and had told me from the beginning it will be 2.5 hour wait, which is fine. However, I just called back to check and the lady is rude! Definitely would not recommend! Bad experience!

I just loved being cared for at MedExpress! The receptionist are really nice and “Crazy Tina” was one of the best people to deal with! The staff are super friendly and they take really good care of their patients!

I went in for pain on my nose. Let me start off by saying the X-ray technologist is an angel! She had amazing personality and made me feel so much better. The nurse practioner on the other hand was VERY rude. When she came in the room I took off my glasses so she could see my nose and it moved my mask slightly, she literally yelled at me w/o giving me a chance to fix it. She said I didn’t have a sinus infection bc I didn’t have a fever but that’s not a symptom of a sinus infection. She completely ignored me and was very dismissive. Then she said it was not broken which is fine, but I wanted an XRay for my peace of mind. She started yelling at me about effects of radiation and said I couldn’t get one. I have never had a doctor speak over me and be this unprofessional. She then left the room for over 30 minutes and I was confused what was going on bc she said she needed to talk to someone but she had already said no to me getting an xray. I finally was given a X-ray at the end but the process was sooo much more stressful bc of this practioner. At the end of the app she came in and said it wasnt broken but had no paperwork or anything on hand. Please hire a new doctor!

Very unprofessional place. I don’t know what happening to them, but at least have a sign or message on the phone to let people know that they are closing. Called them a day b4 to confirm if they open the next day and they said they are open. We show up on the next day at 9:30, no one was there and no one there to answer the phone either. They say they open 8-8 everyday. Which is make it more unprofessional.
