I just got the marker placed for my Mom who passed away recently. Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with. Everything I requested was done correctly the first time. She sent me a graphic image of exactly what the marker would look like, before it was ordered and the real thing looked just like it. She went above and beyond to make the process perfect and without any problems. When you have so many things to deal with after the death of a loved one, this is a company that will make one of those tasks easy.

Elizabeth did an amazing job of walking me through the process by giving me ideas, and then we worked from those ideas to create the final design. She is extremely good at what she does, so comforting and understanding, taking the time to learn about us, and using that information be able to offer ideas to begin the design process. She made me feel so comfortable during such a difficult task.
