I had an amazing experience at Mirak in Arlington. I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy. He helped me set up a test drive appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted when I walked in, and the car was ready for test driving. He explained the features of the car, was super transparent, knowledge, and I never felt pressured. I ended up purchasing the car the same day! With Jimmy's help and Steve from finance I have a new car! They helped me with every step and explained everything clearly. Car was ready for pick up two days later, it was clean, and ready to drive off the lot. So so happy to have purchased my new Hyundai at Mirak with Jimmy's help! Thank you!

Not happy. I had my car repaired after hail damage. I left the car for 3 weeks while on vacation, it's nice that they allowed me to do that. They used third party company for hail damage repairs, and aesthetically they fixed all the dents on the roof and hood. However, when removing parts of the car for this repair, they weren't careful at all. Many plastic parts have been damaged during the process - very unprofessional job! Surprised by professionals not having a right tools and not caring at all. So I left the dealer without noticed this at first. I then contacted them back some time ago, and manager from collision department (Jared) promised to take care of it. I brought the car for service and also had it looked for this issue, Jared again said that he will contact me to address this issue, however he never did. The issue isn't that big, since it's some plastic things inside you can't notice immediately, but leaves bad taste due to poor customer service, especially that car had less than 10k miles during service and was practically new. I decided not to bother with following up on that, as have more important thing in life, but I also never went back to this dealership for anything (service, car purchase) and not planning to for foreseeable future for any needs.

Working with Michael and the team at Mirak has been the best car-buying experience! The process was so easy, with none of the typical back-and-forth with sales people. I did not feel pressured in any way and everyone was genuine and honest throughout the whole process. I really feel like they bent over backward to make sure that I understood the whole process and felt leaving great with exactly what worked best for me! I highly recommend Mirak if you are looking for an honest and straightforward process in purchasing your next car!
