I called My Custom Balloons at 8:45am and by 9:30am they were ready and I was picking them up from the location in less than an hour. Elmer could not have been more helpful for my last minute request. He did curbside pick up for me as it was icy on the sidewalks and really nicely included an extra clear balloon (to fill out my balloons more) and a weight to my order without charge as I ordered everything in a rush. I would highly recommend if you're in need of balloons. They're a wonderful business to support!

We have always been so pleased with the quality of work; Elmer and his crew go above and beyond to make any celebration fantastic and meaningful! I can not speak more highly of My Custom Balloons. Top Notch customer service! I placed the order online and the owner called me within minutes to ask for additional details and offered various colors schemes not shown on the website. On day of delivery, Elmer called to tell me he was 15 minutes away. He was very pleasant & punctual. He explained how the balloon design was structured. He even came back just to provide extra balloons in case any popped.

They did an amazing job helping our 7 year old enjoy her family-only party like is was the event of the year! Perfect colors that followed my comments in the notes section of online ordering to a T!
