I would love to give them 5 stars for overall experience but I rated them a 3 based on the rudeness of the owners husband during my sons wedding. The venue is amazing, great photo opportunities, beautiful landscaping, great DJ, and great photographers. The unfortunate part was the owners husband who was very rude and cussed at some guests and particularly the DJ. At one point he came out of his house (which is on the property) and told the DJ that the music was too loud and he couldn't hear his TV. I can assure you at NO point was the music too loud. He then at another point came out and stated he did not like the music that was being played and if he warned them again, it would be shut down. Here even slammed a noise meter down and warned them not to go passed a certain point. Never did the owner complain, only her husband. I feel that after paying5000, with only approx. 80 guests this would not be ok. Was very disappointed as were many of the guests who flew in, drove hours to be here during a very trying time. Hopefully he will be on his best behavior in the future.

I am a professional wedding photographer. I work about 30 weddings a year. This venue is almost hands down the best venue I have ever seen. So many different backgrounds to use for photos. If you love the outdoors and want amazing photos this is a must have venue. We are excited to work this venue again soon. As for the venue, Kathy and John are amazing hosts. Their bartenders are very friendly and funny. Was a smooth wedding day with zero issues.
Great place to walk around! I went on a Sunday and the main parking lot was full and it was all horse trailers. Dont know if this is typical but I found another spot to park on down the road. Less crowded and only saw a couple of horses and riders.
Beautiful surroundings, peaceful and elegant. Photos don't do the property justice or the amount of space you really get! The hosts are amazing and love their jobs, they also attempt to make all wishes come true.
We loved getting married here. Kathy was wonderful. The venue has multiple areas that can be used for the ceremony and tons of places to take pictures. In the event of rain they have a covered tent complete with space heaters. The girls get ready inside the house with a full bathroom, full kitchen, and large sitting area with TV. The guys have an outside tent. There is also a bar setup and you must use their bartender, but the price was more than fair.
