Overall great gym in the heart of Ballston. It's easy to get to by metro or you can park in the mall for 1 for three hours. It's always clean and the staff is friendly. I appreciate that the treadmills face the windows so you can see outside, and there is access to the outdoor patio so you can exercise outside on nice days. There are plenty machines of all kinds. I am especially thankful for how reasonable the gym is about COVID precautions. People wear their masks walking about but can take them off when exercising. The bathrooms are also very nice as seen in the only picture I have at the gym.

The gym is clean, the employees are great, and the equipment is well maintained.....but the Company will nickel and dime you every chance they get. ***Parking is 1 every time you go. So if you go to the gym 15 times a month...you might as well add 15 to your monthly payment.....AND don't forget the "annual maintenance fee" which really means you are making 13 months of payments for only 12 months of membership. Wish I knew all of this before locking in a year-long contract.

I started the new year very hesitant about a gym membership because of negative experiences at other gyms in the area, but the employee at One Life did a great job of finding the perfect plan for me. I believe his name way Ray. Overall, he showed a great display of professionalism and a wide range of knowledge regarding fitness as it related to my goals. If you’re on the fence about a gym membership, I would definitely recommend this location as well as this employee! Excited to begin this weight loss journey :)

I was a member of this gym for nearly two year and really LOVED this facility. However, similar to many other gyms in the area, Onelife was very difficult to work with when it came to terminating my contract. I am moving due to challenges during the pandemic and rather than being helpful to a supportive customer, I could not get in touch with the facility management to handle my cancellation and am locked into paying for services I can't use. I will not be recommending this gym to any of my friends in the area. The lack of sensitivity to unforseen challenges during the pandemic is appalling.

Excellent work everyone for opening up and keeping the GYM safe, clean space to come into! Temperature checks, masks, sanitizers everywhere, distancing, clear walk in/out paths, number of people regulated: honestly, feel ABSOLUTELY safe! I am mostly using group exercises, this part is under Tomas Cabrera guidance. He is one of the trainers himself and personally oversee how the groups’ classes operate: not only in safety and procedures, but any suggestions and BOOM! Things are listened to and accommodated (if they are sane! Mine were:-) ). Recommend highly to enjoy it coming back resurrected!

Great gym with everything you could ask for. Showers are open, most of the facility is available to use and they are following state guidance pretty well. Only thing down is the steam room. Be aware, most of the people using the gym equipment aren't wearing masks and they aren't required to as we have moved into a new phase. It is up to you to maintain distance and be cognizant of the inherent risks.

There is 0 COVID protocol accountability or enforcement. Go in there anytime after 12 and there will be 3 people not wearing masks. I continually ask them too put someone back there and they continuously lie to me and say they will. Also they did a photo shoot where they were spraying the machines with disinfectant, it’s a sham. I’ve never seen them do it while there. DONT JOIN THIS GYM.
