This isn’t a review, I just wanted to know that to get a tattoo, do we need to make appointment or can we just go inside? Also, how much does a medium/small tattoo cost? Thanks.

We arrived at our appointment time. Filled out our contracts, gave over our IDs. Then we were told to wait in our car and he would inform the piercer we were there. After 30 minutes past our appointment time we called. The individual stated she was not told we were in the car but proceeded to move 2 people ahead of us. As we waited we saw two people go in, wait in the lobby and go ahead of us. Even after we called to say we were waiting were we were instructed. We waited for one hour and nothing. Not concerned with customer service I guess.

I highly recommend this place. Jasin does an amazing job. My husband and I have had several pieces done by him, and we can't complain at all. He is definitely in it for the art!! We won't ever use another artist!
