In regards to “The Dub”, I and a couple other customers were present at the time and they asked for 3XL jerseys for his son that would realistically require a 6XL sized jersey. Trying to force the undersized jersey on him was obviously not going to work. John, the store manager, tried to give him some advice on how to get the proper jerseys for his son. To be fair, John was courteous and engaging as soon as him and family came into the store. John walked up to them on the jersey racks and found what they were asking for, which were 3XL jerseys. That’s biggest size available. As far as the store’s size and inventory available, I’m not sure which paintball store you’ve shopped at but Paintball Gateway is an excellent place to shop!!!

The dub

Rude and very poor customer service. The pictures are also misleading, the store is no where near as big or as well stocked as the pictures show it to be. If your looking for friendly customer service or customer service at all, keep driving this is not the place for you. I could not be paid to come back, it was a very disappointing experience that I unfortunately drove 40 minutes for. To the review who replied to mine, nice try but there were no other customers inside of the store at the time. The only other people in the store were working. It's obvious to me that friend's and store employees are padding the review's on this store.

John and the staff at Paintball Gateway DFW are phenomenal. Their level of expertise it great, they can help a beginning player get all set up for their first outing and also make sure the competitive speed baller is good to go. I took over a decade off from paintball, but John was able to get me all geared up, and always more than accommodating to any questions or request I had Their store is over an hour away from my house, and I probably pass 4-5 other “stores” to get to Paintball Gateway, but their customer service, product selection and pricing is why I always return. John is truly instrumental to the local paintball scene in DFW, he actively works with a group of players that get together for rec ball every weekend. John is always coordinating events for his group and creating a family like atmosphere for all players to enjoy

Amazing customer service! John’s knowledge and guidance was awesome! My wife and I are just getting started and unfortunately ordered online, I wish I had researched better and found gateway sooner. This was our first trip to a paintball store and will be our only stop going forward for all our paintball fun, gear, and information. Thank you John and Justin for you wisdom and time. Can’t wait for our markers to come in so we can go through the box of paint we bought!

Friendly. This location has been here for about a year. Airsoft equipment is fairly priced. Alot of paintball gear. Give them a call if you have any questions.

I haven't played Paintball in AGES! I went in here and John was SUPER knowledgeable and friendly. Got me up to speed with all of the new changes, and gave me a nice variety of options when it came to purchasing a new marker. I spent nearly 2 hours inside the store and NEVER felt rushed. 100% happy with my purchase and will definitely be back for more equipment. Also, unlike some places, none of the prices seemed inflated. If I could find the product online, the price was generally the same in store, which is amazing!
