Horribly rude service today. The male cashier (possibly not just a cashier) WAS IN MY FACE (within 6 inches) to ask if I had a mask and I explained I had a medical condition-he scoffed at me. When I was next in line he stated he would not assist me and that the cashier next to him would; he then proceeded to waive over and assist the next guest in line. When I thanked the cashier that had assisted me he snorted at me (very loudly)!!

I love this store! Angie does awesome work!! But I also want to say Andrea is amazing! When King (My Rotti) came in today for his appt he was pretty hyper from his ride over. The interaction Andrea had with King to calm him down was outstanding! These two ladies are true professionals!

My original review is below, that was before the fish in these pictures were dead. These fish were alive 2 days ago when I visited and now they're dead. Good service but dead fish and I cannot accept that. The blue one and the little brown one are pictured dead and alive. Original : Hit or miss on customer service. Today was really good. My first time here the gal helping me was very 'meh'. Today at least employees were willing to speak to me. Fish selection is ok- most of the bettas look good, but some (pictured) are ill. Plants don't look good either.
