I’ve learned so much in this studio ever since I started September 29 2020 and I’m officially a pro student since January 18 2021. This studio has bloomed a new version of me and I feel more confident and sexy as myself in my own, and it’s a really good workout class as well. So blessed to meet many friendly people and such an amazing staff.

She (Ms.Coco) immediately got us started with stretches due to we were late to our session, she gave us some moves and freestyle to some music. She was kind and we didn’t feel judged for not being perfect in the choreography. It was fun and I would most definitely do it again.

I love this class! I attended Kai's class for my sisters birthday. I wasn't all the confident about doing any of this because I am as stiff as a piece of cardboard. But Kai walked us through each step of the new moves that she taught us. I did better than what I thought that I would and she made the class so much fun. I can't wait to book my next class with her!!

Love this place. Been here for about 2 weeks or so and the workout is really improving my body. Not to mention the sex appeal and confidence I gained. Jade, Kai, Aida, Kay-Cherie and Phoenix are phenomenal instructors. They encourage you every step of the way. If you thinking about joining I promise you will not be disappointed.
