I got a Groupon for 6 sessions of laser hair removal here, and I just finished 3 sessions. The results so far have been fantastic! I am seeing a 90% reduction in hair and I'm only half way through treatment, so I'm super happy with the results! I was skeptical at first because I have dark skin and black hair, and I had heard that laser hair removal was difficult for candidates like myself. But, Prolase Medispa uses a new YAG laser (see attached pictures) which is totally pain free, and super effective. I have worked with both Anna and Kyra, and while both are super professional and helpful, I prefer appointments with Kyra. She goes out of her way to make sure clients are comfortable. She has cheerfully answered all of my questions about the new laser, what to expect, etc... I've read reviews here by clients who are upset for being charged a fee for missing/being late for their appointment. Prolase strictly enforces their policy of required 48 hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation via email or text. As a client, I appreciate this because I have never had to wait for my appointment here because the person before me didn't show up on time. As long as you're a punctual person, and properly schedule your appointments, you should be fine.

I have only had one visit; yesterday was my 1st, but my first visit was very pleasant. The environment was clean and I felt safe. The young lady who did my treatment was very welcoming. She explained all my concerns and the procedure step by step. She also eased my mind and reassured that it would not hurt. I felt comfortable with her. She was right it did not hurt at all. I am hoping for great results in the near future. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for laser hair removal.
Great experience! Anna was fantastic! Explained everything and was just genuinely wonderful! The next day I bought a gift certificate for my sister and would highly recommend this place!
Staff was unappreciative of the business from an out of town guest and I was lecture of how could she help if it was only one visit??? Staff recommended an extreme amount over prior treatments and was unhappy that I did not go with her recommendation and to prove I was wrong and she was right, I do not think she supply the correct amount of Botox. Staff recommended one set amount to me and my guest that was 30 years younger. A big rip off! Don't waste your time or money.
I LOVE this place! Super clean, professional experience, and support! Will always be returning! Keep it up!
