Went there to check my old bike and look to get a new one at last minute the owner was very helpful and quickly help me find a great bike that I really loved, even told me to take it on test ride. It was great, just bought a really nice bike. 100% recommend!

Excellent when you are buying a bike (so the 2 stars), the person was nice and responding to my question without trying to oversell. BUT, I came here later on to have the bike tuned up and they actually charge a lot for a tune down... I was expecting a tune up which in my mind meant gears shifting better, brakes with more grip and all those little tuning you can have for 80. And they just greased the chain, so disappointed ! And they surely don't know what is customer service, they tune the bike on their stand and don't even try the bike, so when you (the customer) ride it, you find the tuning is not quite well and have to come back to hear the man saying : I can't do much, it's the bike and it's not the best quality. Seriously ? I bought it here and it's not even 2 years old. I finally left very disappointed and will certainly never come back. It took me 30 mins to finally tune the bike my self at home.

I purchased a folding adult tricycle online figuring I would put it together myself. Ha ha! Good thing I could bring it to Quad Cycles! They explained that my timing was good since they had just completed a lot of work before July 3rd holiday weekend. I brought it in July 2nd. The owner explained costs up front on the phone and again when I brought the trike in. It turned out there was something wrong with the gear system. Jerry did an outstanding job! When I picked up my trike he explained how to release the tricky lever in order to fold it. He even called AAA on his phone when I accidentally locked my keys (and phone) in the car. I highly recommend Quad Cycles.
