I’ve come in here multiple times and hardly ever greeted. Today I walked in and an employee was sitting on the floor by the front door on her phone, and didn’t greet me. Another standing in the window and didn’t greet. There were two behind the counter chatting amongst each other. They didn’t acknowledge me either. All Hispanic. No diversity on the clock. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. On top of another lady was politely trying to do an exchange and they were getting loud with her. Poor service
