I highly recommend Real Property Management for anyone who is looking for a property management company in the Arlington area. I have worked with several firms and they are simply the best! Jen did a fantastic job at preparing for the photos and material for listing, as well as managing the subsequent showings. Lydia, who manages all the property management interactions, is super helpful, responsive and easy to work with. Their professionalism, expertise, and care for their customers are truly impressive!

The people on this staff are some of the best! As a tenant of a property this company manages, they have exceeded all my expections and then some. We had a numerous amount of issues at my property and Axel was quick and responsive in relaying all of the information to the owner, and he made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely matter. He made sure we were well informed and vouched for us to the owner when any issues came up that needed to be taken care of quickly.

My rating is specifically for Axel in maintenance. He provides exceptional customer service to myself and my family. He responds to messages immediately it doesn’t matter what time it is - I always get a reply back within minutes. Axel is very consistent with follow ups and sometimes when I’m too tied up to email him back with information he’ll reach out a second time. I appreciate all the effort he puts in to satisfy us as tenants. You are very much appreciated Axel if I haven’t mentioned it before! Keep up the great work.

I think it's utterly ridiculous that management bases raises and promotions based on ridiculous reviews. Usually the only people who review have an axe to grind and if management doesn't know this, well, now they do. That being said, Cindy Cole is truly phenomenal. She's always quick to respond to maintenance issues, always calls to follow up, is an incredibly nice person to talk to and just seems to be a great all around person. She is most definitely an asset, considering she's the only one who ever responds :) Give her the raise she deserves!

I've been very impressed with Real Property Management Pros' professionalism overseeing my property while I've been abroad. This was highlighted and reinforced recently by Lydia Andre, who recognized an unusual requirement when a package of significant value believed lost in the mail returned to my property after I moved and was left by a former tenant. I didn't realize it had been returned. Two years later, Lydia found it on a checkout inspection and emailed me to ask if I knew what it was or wanted it. After much research, I realized what it was and made clear I'd bet much like to take receipt. Lydia took immediate and full ownership, collecting the package, connecting with a friend of mine to exchange it and following up with me to ensure it arrived (2 yrs later) with enthusiasm and encouragement. She was almost as excited as me. Real Property Management Pros has been responsive and effective and I'm very pleased with the service they've provided. Lydia took this to another level. I'm thrilled to have received something I thought lost and happy it was made so easy, a result specifically facilitated by Lydia's efforts. I couldn't be happier.
