This was my first time renting from the Rental Shop and was quite pleased from the first phone call to dropping off my rental. I spoke with Lo, who was extremely sweet, knowledgable about their inventory and very easy to work with. All communication was done with professionalism, yet felt very personal. Lo was amazing to deal with!! When picking up the item, the guys had my rental ready in a timely manner and I was out the door. When returning the item, it was just as quick and easy!! Great, happy, friendly staff of employees. Honestly, felt like a small town business who had known me for years. The shop was clean and had a nice set up of rental items to give a glimpse of some of the things they rent out. Their prices were not over-the-top, very reasonable. I will be doing business with them again!!!

You'll walk in and no one acknowledges you or greets you...? Where is your staff from...? Because I'm from Texas and were known to be friendly... During a pandemic, no one in the shop was wearing masks... I know you might not have any loved ones, but I do... And I'd like the places I do business with to be professional and put their customers first... It's not just about you... YOU can get other people sick... GET OVER YOURSELF, PUT A MASK ON... Respect your patrons.
