Our family has had prescriptions sent to this location for years. I have stayed with them because I have no worries. They notify me when a prescription needs to be picked up if I am not there in person. They are efficient in filling my prescriptions. If a doctor has not sent in the prescription or renewal, they call the doctor. The pharmacists are helpful when I have questions. The line outside may be long at times, but it moves fairly quickly. If it is too long, I can always go in. The people who wait on me at the counter are friendly and helpful. I feel like this is my neighborhood pharmacy. I never go elsewhere..

This is the first time I felt the need to leave a bad review for a business especially a pharmacy but then I noticed many reviews have similar concerns so I guess this isn't going to be anything new. I visited this location 3 times trying to pickup my long past due prescription but could not because the price was 190 dollars compared to the 60 paid in past. Also a employee there recklessly gave away someone else's information and almost gave me their medication because \june\ sounds kine \two\ over their speaker system. My wife and i spend hours of wasted time and multiple trips to the pharmacy I was told discounts do not apply. Well I took the employees advice and went to another pharmacy where my prescription was filled for 41. I am not sure why they refuse saving people money but I will be contacting the Pharmacy Investigator for snohomish County as this place appears to lack basic training. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Staff is almost always nice, friendly and helpful. A couple of the employees seem to be burned out working retail. I get it. People suck (just read the majority of these reviews). But that employee needs the job. So be nice to them and they'll most likely be nice to you.

You are the worst store that I’ve ever had to deal with. I’m 73 years old and can’t walk. My doctor can’t believe how you treat me. Today I was at your drive through and you didn’t have anything to hold my money down with. Of course it flew out. To make a long story short I told her I couldn’t walk and she questioned how I got into my car and I told her. Some other lady came and said we don’t have time to help you. What a wonderful store not able to help the handicap. Hire me and I can help from my wheelchair

This pharmacy is AMAZING they have always done everything they can to help me. Today a particular employee I think her name was Christy went above and beyond for me and I am so thankful. I started crying when she told me that everything was going to be okay and she figured it out for me. Again I appreciate them so much and I don't care what other people say. I will ALWAYS come to them for my medication. Thank you again Christy for everything you did for me.
