This place is a joke. Whoever is running this warehouse should be replaced asap. Don't schedule a window for me and then be 100% unprepared when I arrive TWICE and get short with the ladies in the office trying to help me.

The entry guard was very welcoming and helpful but the warehouse is Soooo sllloooooow. Waited a hour for 4 pillows to be brought out.
Been waiting in line for 45 minutes to pick up an item. Another person in line waited 2 hours. If your going to buy from Rooms to go do not pickup from distribution place.
Pretty easy to pick up your stuff..unfortunately our vehicle wasn't big enough for our purchase. Check dimensions of boxes. We drove all the way from Lindale for nada. Oh well lesson learned.
