A kid had thrown a rock through my window recently when I was parked next to a school. One of the technicians, Marvin, happened to be picking up his kid and told me to bring the car to his place. He went above and beyond putting my car back together even cleaning & drying the interior since of course it was raining after the window was missing. He even buffed out some scratches that I thought were permanent. It was all done within 24 hours and I was back on the road which was very much appreciated since my job as a real estate agent keeps me on the road quite a bit. Thanks Marvin.
Just picked up my Subaru Forester from Safelight in Arlington today and this was the most professional and polite staff I have worked with. I brought my vehicle in to get my windshield replaced I had a lot of interactions with Marvin. His communication and professionalism was next level. This Safelight team kept me updated at all times and was able to work with my schedule. Any concerns or questions I brought up to them was always answered and met with positivity and professionalism. Honestly after my experience I don’t understand how anyone could post anything but a Five Star review. I would 100% recommend and would return for any future issues.
Very friendly staff! Passenger side window was completely smashed out with glass everywhere and they repaired and cleaned everything in a very timely manner. No problems with insurance either! Would definitely recommend to a friend.
Don't do it! I appreciate that the Safelite team was able to fit me in on the same day. I want to start with a positive, so I want to state that. But it ends there. Otherwise, everything else was not good. I intentionally taped garbage bags on the inside and outside of my broken window to prevent glass from ending up in the cabin of my vehicle. It appears that the tech working on my window began the repair/replacement process by removing the interior garbage bag and dumping glass into my vehicle. After being given back the vehicle, I had to take it to a gas station and vacuum glass out of my vehicle, to include my infant's car seat. And... adding insult to injury, like literal injury, I received numerous cuts to my hands from glass shards as part of the clean up process. So... yes, you can get same day service. Thumbs up for that. But... it's gonna be sloppy and you or your family may end up injured and/or cleaning up after them. Be sure to factor that in. (Tried to submit this review through Safelite's website but was not successful)
