Rude staff. Didn't ask me if i needed help but asked everyone else.. also once i asked if they had an item in stock they asked me if i saw on the self? Thats why im asking you. Everyone standing around the front doing nothing looking unpleasant.

Came into this location for hair dye. After spending some time in the store looking at the selections, I overheard one of the employees, who had been standing behind the counter the entire time gossiping, tell a customer that she can only pay with a card. I asked the employee why only cards and she replied with \We don't want to touch your money.\ Okay, I understand with this virus scare it is important to take precautions, but throw some freaking gloves on your hands and take my money. Better yet, go isolate yourself. We have been loyal Sally's customers for years; however, today we found a new beauty supply store we will be going to.

Went in store to buy hair dye.pretty much yelled at for walking in because max number of people I. There which is fine but she didn’t have to be rude about it. Also they weren’t wearing masks or gloves employees were rude won’t be visiting again.

In 2015 I went to Sally and there were two rude and unprofessional ladies ,today after 5 years I gave it a chance again to see if they hired better people.And YES!Shelby was amazing she helped me so much and she went above and beyond ,she is knowledgeable and very professional and she is so kind and friendly !!!More people like this should be around !I hope she will be soon a manager cause she deserve it !!!
