I really am impressed with their prices on pantry staples and fresh fish. If you like cooking mexican or asian foods, they have all the spices, soup bases and condiments.

I've shopped here plenty of time.. great for bulk buys, But recently they messed up and charged 700 dollars worth of goods and they where not in any hurry to help get my money back. After agreeing to return to the store which is over an hour drive away the next day they still say there is no transaction and I need to give them 3 to 4 more days to see if they can help. Poor customer service they did not waste any time to put their goods back on the shelf after taking my money.

very bad customer services. My wife bought a rice cooker last Sunday, 9/27/2020. They told her that she can return the product within 30 day. My wife used it for the first time next day I found out the lid didn't completely closed. She called SB Food Depot and was told that she couldn't return it because she used the product, even just one time. I'd like to alert you all. Stay away from this business.
