Context: The oven part of our Viking range was broken Positive: Quick and easy contact and repair, same warranty as others, reasonable prices (I shopped around and they were on the low but not shady end), very transparent about what needed to be done. Negative: When I called to check day of that they were on schedule I couldn't get anyone on the phone in the morning - I only got the confirmation at 1pm for a 3pm visit.

Best appliance repair company in town! Called them to come take a look at my Ge gas rage on which the bake function was not working. They came and diagnosed the unit and were able to fix it on the same visit. Price was decent and warranty their work for 1 whole year. Will defenatlty use them again.
We had an issue with our GE Prefrigerator's ice maker and scheduled an appointment with ServiceNow Appliance Repair. The service technician, Abbas, was on time, he was professional and very knowledgeable of the inner workings of ours refrigerator. After a rigorous process of elimination to determine the problem he discovered the issue. The repair was make and we had plenty of ice within 24hours. The fee charged was more than fair. I would l highly recommend this service company for all your appliance repair needs!
In February of this year Service Now charged me 400 to replace a drainage pump on a two year old LG washer/dryer combo. It is a 20 part but I'm a paraplegic and couldn't do the work myself. A month and a half later the same part broke (I'm guessing it was a used part). I contacted them to replace it. Two weeks later a technician was finally available. He said the part was warrantied but his labor was not, so I was charged another 300 to replace the part they installed 6 weeks earlier. I highly suggest avoiding these guys.
Technician who came out was great! He came out and repaired my LG washer and LG dryer which was giving me a few error codes. He fixed it promptly at a very reasonable price. I will be using them again. Great customer service from beginning to end.
