Very unprofessional experience with them, specifically the guy that works at the front desk. I remarked about a very unreasonable quote just to insert two radio keys, probably 30 seconds of labor ,and he hulked up and had to be restrained by his colleague. I’m not sure what is going on with this guy and why he gets agitated so easy, but whomever owns this place needs to watch the security video and get a grip on him.

I came to Sonic Sound to get some work done on a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I got a new head unit and full sound system installation done.. I worked with Kevin, and I could not recommend him and the Sonic Sound team enough. The work might as well be from the OEM. Clean & Professional installation. Shortly after the install I wanted a tweak to the system and he had absolutely NO hesitation to take care of it after the fact. If you're looking for a new system look no further.

We had an intermittent problem with the sound getting to the speakers in our 2013 Mustang with a Shaker stereo with Sirius. After a few attempts to diagnose the issue they found it and were able to fix the problem(replacement radio unit) in the most economical way while listening to our request that the radio work exactly as it had before. Kevin and Henry are super nice, efficient, honest and fair. I would highly recommend.

Had my windows tinted here a few weeks ago. They did the best tint job I’ve ever had done on any of my cars. I would highly recommend this place if you want it done right!
