The team did a fantastic job with a deep clean of a rental townhouse. They were able to come with only one day notice, were on time and hard working. They worked a miracle to bring a very much needed deep cleaning to the home to get it back to a sparkling condition. Great job! Very good value for the cost. Highly recommend.

They came back to re-clean, the kitchen after they were not thorough the first time and they improved it a little. Then now a week later I discover grease crumbs and dirt from the previous resident between the counter and stove. I had to clean it all out myself. They are not thorough. I even tipped them 45 and I regret that. I definitely overpaid for them. They left residue in the kitchen and dust in the bedrooms. They also use old dirty used sponges that have been in other people’s homes. For the price I paid I deserved way better. Not happy.

Probably the best cleaning service I've ever used.Their corporate offices were responsive and explained everything beforehand. They also kept the lines of communication open so if I had a question or anything, they were quick to answer. As for the team that actually came to clean, their COVID-19 protocols were followed to a \T!\ The work was absolutely incredible and the ladies were very professional. I was really struggling with the idea of bringing outsiders into the home during a global pandemic but they were very careful. I'm looking forward to bringing them back for regular cleaning.

Was able to schedule a standard clean within 24 hours of when it was needed with incredibly prompt responses from those who coordinates my cleaning. Came home to a sparkling clean apartment beyond my expectations. Great customer service.

With our work schedules getting busier, my fiancé and I decided to try out a cleaning service again after we were less than impressed with a different company we used a couple of years ago. We found Spekless Cleaning on Yelp and saw that the company was rated 5 stars, so we checked out their website. We loved that we were able to get a quote instantly and could schedule right away (other places we've seen, you have to actually call to even get a quote or schedule so it's not instant). As soon as I booked a cleaning online, I received a text from one of their operations managers, confirming my request. On the day of the scheduled cleaning, Team Elizabeth texted when they were about 20 minutes away. When they got here, they brought in all their gear and began cleaning right away. They were very pleasant, professional, and SO thorough. (They wore masks the whole time for anyone worried about covid-19 precautions.) I was so impressed by the level of cleanliness (they even wiped down the baseboards!) that I am excited to continue using their services on a regular basis. Every inch of the apartment was cleaned and anything moved was put back in place. Because this was our first hired cleaning for this apartment, Spekless recommends adding on the deep cleaning service. We also have pets so there is a small surcharge for that, which we expected. The total price is itemized and very transparent, so there were no surprises. You receive a discount for scheduling recurring cleanings. The prices are extremely fair especially for the quality of cleaning we received. Responses are quick and via text, which is very convenient. You can also see your scheduled cleanings and make changes online. If you are looking for a cleaning service with great prices and amazing quality of service in the DMV area, I would definitely recommend Spekless Cleaning!
