Stay Kool A/C & Heating installed a new A/C & Heating system for my home. The old equipment was removed, area cleaned, installed new equipment and re-cleaned (terrific attention to detail)! They had 2 teams working inside and out to expedite the installation and ALL of them were very knowledgeable about every aspect of the new system. They helped me establish what I needed to buy initially and also how to take good care of it. I purchased the 10 year warranty - I am very confident that this company will take excellent care of me!

Great service!! Ricardo came out and fixed my AC during July, imagine how hot it’s been. Three other companies came out before Stay Kool and did not fix the issue. Ricardo came out early morning, identified the issue and came back with the part to repair it same day. My home went from really hot miserable days to pleasantly cold days from sun up to sun down. Thank you, I greatly appreciate it!
The company Stay Kool was supposed to honor their warranty (it is supposed to be for 10 years) that we paid a lot of money for because they didn't even want to come out to our house to even see if a part was not working and that's exactly what was wrong. They had no problem coming out to our house in Denton, TX and selling us a A/C unit that cost almost 5,000 when we didn't even need one but because we had just purchased our very first home, we decided that we would go ahead and buy it. But as soon as we needed service that was supposed to be covered by our warranty, all of a sudden they say that they don't come that far to Denton, TX because they are in Arlington, TX and it's too far but yet they did come out to sell us a A/C unit that we don't need. Also, our realtor is the one that referred us to them and so we thought that we would be going with a company that wouldn't do this to us. So our realtor wasn't even aware of this and was referring a lot of our clients to Stay Kool. And about a couple of months ago (it was about a month or two after we tried to get Stay Kool to come out and service our A/C unit and they said that they didn't go that far, then our realtor called to get a quote to come to Denton to get their service, Stay Kool said that they would come out and that they serviced the area. So to me, they are taking people's money and then possibly selling a A/C unit that doesn't work that well or is used and saying it's used and selling it for a lot and then selling you a warranty for parts and saying that they will come out and fix the A/C unit if a part needs to be replaced but then not doing it. They should be investigated for this as they don't honor what they sell you and to me that doesn't sound legal. I would give them a minus 0 if I could. Don't deal with this company. They are MAJOR SCAMMERS and will take your money and sell you a warranty that they don't honor.
We had a heating issue a Friday. Can you imagine, during a weekend. I called them Saturday, they went to my home the same day without charging more because \was an emergency or during a weekend\. Ricardo checked all the system (he went with other technician), hit the problem and fixed my unit. He explained me everything in a really clear and simple way that I understood and I know what he did to my AC/Heating unit. They were very professional with also a great price. I really trust Stay Kool AC and Ricardo, hands down. I will definitely call them again when needed. They also speak Spanish. Tuve un problema de calefaccion un viernes. Se pueden imaginar, durante el fin de semana. Los llame el sabado, ellos fueron a mi hogar el mismo dia sin cobrar mas por \ser una emergencia o durante el fin de semana\. Ricardo verifico todo el sistema (el fue junto a otro tecnico), dio con el problema y reparo mi unidad. El me explico todo de forma muy clara and simple de forma que entendi y se que fue lo que le hizo a mi unidad de aire/calefaccion. Fueron muy profesionales con un gran precio. Realmente confio en Stay Kool AC y Ricardo, sin duda alguna. Definitivamente los llamaria nuevamente de necesitar. Tambien hablan Ingles.
During panic season (June 2015) for AC contractors, Stay Cool replaced a gas fired 3 ton AC unit inside and out in one day the next day and didn't ask for money up front. The product & service were a good value. Efran, the technician, was professional, courteous, personable, very neat and he explained the entire system to me carefully. It was a tight space in an old home, but they made it look very good. I am a commercial general contractor hiring many commercial subs every month. These guys were A. I would highly recommend them. They we're less than anyone I found on Angie's list and several days quicker. We Stayed Cool because of Stay Cool!
