I have been using SwimBox for over a year, with great results. I started out as a novice and have become comfortable in the water, with much better technique. The coaches are patient and more importantly, build a program around you to help you overcome limitations and be a more efficient swimmer. The ability to train privately is also an added bonus. I would highly recommend them!

Our small swim team was impacted greatly by the pandemic and loss of access to a swim facility. I began to look into alternatives to keep my daughter engaged and help her maintain her swim skills. I'm so glad I found SwimBox!!! From the initial swim consultation, we've had a great experience. I love the flexible time we can get her workouts and training appointments in and its so convenient to our house, literally 15 minutes away. Her Swimbox coach/trainer Sydney has been amazing! She's already been able to perfect the areas my daughter needed to work on in terms of her different strokes. I can't wait until my daughter can get back to competitive swimming to practice all that Sydney has helped her achieve in this short time!

I originally came to SwimBox to want to improve my stroke, but I injured myself earlier this year so had to shift my focus from swimming to rehabilitation. I've been working with Torey every week to help build up my strength and coordination, and he developed a series of exercises to build up my muscles and increase my stamina and endurance for when I can swim again. I get more out of his sessions than typical physical therapy, and he's good about making the exercises challenging, training me like I'm one of his Olympic-caliber swimmers!

My daughters had been on swim team for two summers, but were always last in the pool --- and they were tired of it. They asked for lessons (SwimBox is across the street) and I decided to do it. WOW, what a difference! They learned techniques for all four strokes (my 9 year old does not do the butterfly when asked to do the breaststroke anymore, for example) and Coach Megan made a HUGE difference in their breathing, technique, kicks, strokes and more. We are VERY grateful! I want to sign up next to get tips for my own swimming!

Both my children have taken lessons with Torey. Not only does he have a great way with them, he is professional and knowledgeable. My children have been told by outside coaches how impeccable their strokes are. Both my children want to continue with him because they see the improvement.
