We recently purchased our home and soon discovered that new insulation was desperately needed. To top it off, we would need to have the old insulation removed and have the attic sanitized due to a previous rodent infestation. Insert Marvin. He came to the house to do a thorough inspection and walked me through every square inch to educate me on the areas susceptible to rodent entry. He verbally explained all of the work that he would complete and then later that evening sent me a complete bid for the project with all work spelled out. He and his crew arrived the very next day to complete the job. They thoroughly removed all of the old insulation, sanitized the attic, sealed our leaking HVAC ducts, sealed all of the little crevices that were accessible from the outside, and sealed a gap between the outer and inner wall on one side of the house. Finally, they filled the attic with new insulation. Marvin even sent his team back to our house two weeks later to follow up, add some insulation in some requested areas, and ensure our satisfaction. I cannot begin to tell you the difference that his services have made. The house feels 10x more comfortable and the AC no longer runs all day long. I 100% recommend giving Marvin a call. He’ll take care of you and make sure that you’re a satisfied customer.

Marvin and his team did an excellent job for us from start to finish. We had a problem with squirrels finding their way into the attic. Also a few years ago we had an issue with roof rats and fortunately were able to get rid of them but they had left behind residue in our attic and insulation. Marvin's team removed the old insulation, sealed all entry points our unwanted furry friends were entering, disinfected, repaired any damage, sealed our HVAC ducts and ceiling gaps and filled the attic with new insulation. He went above and beyond to make sure a couple of the areas that had been penetrated were sealed coming back to check for intrusion. Marvin and team was professional, on time, communicated with us throughout the process, were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Marvin did what he said he would do and I would highly recommend him for a project.

Just had a complete insulation removal job done. The crew was professional and diligent to remove all the insulation from the last 46 years so I could remodel and start fresh. I would recommend to anyone and will be using them for the new insulation also. Thank you for your work and a such a low price that was well worth the work. I don't impress easily but these guys exceeded my expectations. Thank you again.
