The Pen Arts Building has used The Green Mop services for over three years. They leave no stone unturned. The cleaning team is very friendly and thorough with small and large cleaning tasks alike. This is the best cleaning service in the D.C. metropolitan area.
Great customer service. This company is VERY responsive. An email about fees was answered almost immediately. I appreciate that so much. I've been looking for household cleaning help for weeks. Every company I have contacted via their websites/email have been totally unresponsive. I can't afford this company's services but you should know that they WILL respond quickly and that is good customer service.
Green Mop cleaned our house that we're putting on the market. They did a great job, communicated extremely well, and I'd recommend them :)
