Line was very long but moved quickly. Once at the register everything was ultra fast and efficient. My cashier was great. Other cashier was very frazzled and worried about unimportant things rather than the quickness and efficiency like my cashier.

Twice now they've lost a package I dropped off. And then when I came in to try and get an answer or even some mild help, I'm always told the same thing...... They can't help me and that it's not their responsibility to keep track of what I give them (even though the respective shipping services never got them.)

In an effort to recognize excellent service this review is just that. A girl named Lauren at The UPS Store went out of her way to help a customer that wasn't hers. There was a lunch time rush of over 10 people shipping and the customer tried to ship FedEx at her counter and rather than just be turned away, she said that it wouldn't be a problem, she could help out and package it to get it ready for FedEx. Nowadays the normal service or usual service at some businesses, that have a direct competitor, would be to say sorry we can't help you and turn them away. She obviously went out of her way and by doing so showed excellent customer service at this UPS Store. Great job, Lauren!

I went to this UPS store on Little Road today and found that they were refinishing the parking lot and also repainting the handicap markers. They had the spots in front of the store blocked off so I called and spoke with Lauren. I explained my situation of not being able to come to the door she gladly agreed to come out to my vehicle to get my packages. She got my packages and told me that she would return with the receipt and she did so. This isn't the first time I've had difficulty walking up to the door and I've called and people have come out to pick up my packages. I believe this is exceptional customer service and I thank God for the people that work at this location.
