Dear people. Do not make a mistake and NEVER sign a lease with this building and any other properties of Dittmar company. The management of the building is absolutely incompetent, non-responsive, and negligent. The building has insects, cockroaches, and woodlice. If you are situated close to the garbage room, you are going to smell it all your lease term. The building has no insulation and walls are worse than paper, you will hear ABSOLUTELY everything that happens in the building. And your neighbors will hear what you do. Also, as a bonus, there is a recycling car that comes to the nearby building at 5 am in the morning, and if you are lucky to live on this side of the building, no one is going to help you. If you don't have a strong sleep, you won't have any more sleep here. The building is not going to compensate you for any of their mismanagement, just because they don't care. And once you start to complain, they suggest you bring your lawyer. Also, they are going to hide your packages for several weeks, and after you complain everywhere, they suddenly discover them forgotten. They completely disregard your problems and ignore your emails when you ask questions. There are many beautiful and better-managed buildings in the area, stay away from Dittmar.
