This place was horrible. We attended a party today because their website stated that they were taking precautions with covid such as limiting the number of people allowed at a time, staff wearing masks and encouraging social distancing. NONE of this was true. I've never seen a business this crowded even before covid. It was packed wall to wall and only about 50% of the staff were wearing masks. We ended up leaving about 20 minutes into the party. On top of all of this our party area wasn't ready because of a \mix up\ and we repeatedly had to ask for wrist bands for the kids. Do not recommend!

The food area's customer service is horrible. There was one young girl pouring some red soda who was nice but the other girl with the micro ponytail has an attitude problem. She didn't want to answer any questions. Everything else was cool.

Staff is unprofessional. The manager on duty yesterday (02/21/21) was rude when asked to retrieve my phone that fell underneath the trampoline! She rolled her eyes & just walked off. Who does that? It was until I said I would call the FIRE DEPARTMENT before I got any results! I will be calling CORPORATE TODAY. Learn how to speak to people and resolve problems. VERY poor management.
