I've lived in this place for a while now. I had a two bedroom with my roommate prior to moving into my own studio in the building in August. Honestly there are a lot of review about the amenities closing during the start of the pandemic but I found that staff almost immediately started planning how they were going to be opened safely when it would be allowed. I've never had a maintenance request take longer than 2 days - even when I mark them low priority on like Friday evening. All the staff has always been super helpful and nice. The appliances are great, the rent is reasonable for how nice the building it is and its location. I would recommend this spot to my friends.

Do not recommend living here. Rent is overpriced; they charged for amenities despite total unavailability due to pandemic and refused to refund tenants. Management is very poor; front desk is even worse. It's a safe bet if you have a problem...like loud noise, dogs barking all the time, smoking, or kids yelling and running up and down hallways...you are out of luck. Management/front desk just shrug and pretend like you are being unreasonable. Now, amenities are opening back up but everything related to the Virus is based on an honor system so not everyone follows health guidances. Lots of folks don't wear masks in lobby or elevators. On the positive side, the maintenance staff has been kind and professional. Also the location is good if you take the metro and Giant is in walking distance. Hope this review is helpful.

I love the place itself. It’s beautiful, modern, lots of natural light and great amenities. My frustration comes from management not being flexible at all during a national pandemic which caused my Roomate to lose her job. I asked if the rent price would be adjusted because all the amenities have been closed for 2 months - gym, game room, community room, computer room, etc. The response was that the amenities are not priced and have no monetary value. We also asked if we could sublease for a part of the duration of the lease leaving us financially responsible for the balance. The answer was that we’re not able to sublease at all. I can’t believe Dittmar is not willing to make any adjustments to help it’s residents/customers during this difficult time - even if it will not financially effect them.

Rent is really expensive considering all amenities are closed. When I took a tour I was told the gym was open 24/7, 365 days a year. We are paying the same rent but don't receive any of the amenities we are paying for.

Zero issues. Spotless interior. One of the most peaceful apartment experiences I've had.
